Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Defaris — Rehnuma platform and services. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Defaris — Rehnuma provides family care coordination services in Pakistan including but not limited to: emergency response, elderly care, medical coordination, errand management, home management, staff verification, and property management.

2. Subscription Plans

Monthly Plan

$99/month billed monthly. Includes 15 free service hours per month. Cancellable at any time with no penalty. Cancellation takes effect at end of current billing period.

Annual Plan

$1,000/year billed annually (equivalent to ~$83/month, saving $188). Includes 2 months free and premium features. Non-refundable after 14-day cooling-off period.

Additional Hours

Service hours beyond the 15 free hours included in each plan are billed at $1 USD per hour, deducted automatically from your wallet balance.

3. Payment

• Payments are processed securely via Stripe, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash
• All prices are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated
• Wallet top-ups are non-refundable once service hours have been consumed
• Subscription fees are non-refundable after the 14-day cooling-off period

4. Service Limitations

• Services are currently available in 15+ cities in Pakistan only
• Emergency response times are estimates and may vary based on location and circumstances
• We are a coordination and support service — we are not a medical provider or legal representative
• Services are subject to reasonable availability of our Liaison Officers

5. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information about your family
• Maintain confidentiality of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any security breach or unauthorized access
• Use the platform only for legitimate family care purposes
• Treat our staff with respect and professionalism

6. Liability Limitation

Defaris — Rehnuma acts as a care coordination service. While we take every precaution to deliver excellent service, we cannot be held liable for outcomes in genuine emergency situations beyond our control, natural disasters, acts of God, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Our maximum liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

7. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behaviour toward our staff, or misuse the platform. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Lahore, Pakistan.
